| Build A Miracle is a non-profit organization based in San Diego, CA, that raises funds to build homes for needy families in Tijuana, located just across the Mexican border. |
| We also enlist community volunteers from throughout southern California to travel to Mexico and help build these homes. |
| Each home costs between $10,000 and $12,000 to build. |
| The families "pay" for them by doing 500 hours of community service, and most go far beyond that and stayed involved in helping other families realize the dream of a safe, secure, and dignified home. |
